Holgates Facilities Maintenance offers a comprehensive range of support to all Hotels, Restaurants and Public Houses in the Lancashire and Merseyside region. Our Engineers have experience of installing a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, such as ovens, dishwashers and glass washers, with a wide choice of makes and models. We can offer a regular maintenance programme to ensure the equipment continues to work efficiently or we can be called upon to carry out remedial repairs as and when equipment fails.

We also install Ventilation systems in commercial kitchens to help remove heat, fumes and grease from the surrounding areas as well as carrying out servicing to Air Conditioning Units.

Our Engineers are Gas Safe Registered and can install, service or repair the boiler or heating system at your premises. Many of our customers prefer to arrange an annual Boiler service so that any worn or damaged parts can be replaced before the boiler stops working. We also respond to emergency call outs to repair commercial heating systems.

During the current Covid-19 pandemic, we are often being asked to install and service hands-free sensor taps in Hotels, Restaurants and Pubs to help prevent the amount of cross contamination when turning taps on and off.
