Southport Hospital

Carried out a regular check to the water storage system to ensure it remains free of Legionnella. Checked the temperature of the Thermostatic Mixing Valves to ensure the water flows from taps at a safe temperature.

Bootle Leisure Centre

Repairs to the 3 port valve which regulates the temperature going to the heater battery as part of the Air Handling Unit. This ensures the humidity and air temperature can be controlled in the main swimming pool area.

Millstead School in Liverpool for handicapped children

Replaced the boilerhouse during the school summer holidays to ensure there was no interruption to education. The job took 6 weeks during which we installed new heating system, new water heater and cold water booster set. The job was on time and on budget. Millstead School were delighted that there was no impact on the school.

Runshaw College

Replaced two boilerhouses on two sites. Complex job with limited access due to confined space and the college was operating. The job took 6 weeks and was complete on time and on budget. College were very happy with the way Holgates Engineers conducted themselves.
